Tilapia w/Herb Butter and Dill

Mild spring water fish baked with dill weed and our famous garlic herb butter. Served with potato and vegetable.

 

Onion Crusted Trout

Farm-raised boneless trout topped with sautéed onions, garlic, Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.

 

Smothered Chicken

Grilled chicken breast smothered with onions and mushrooms and topped with provolone cheese. Served with potato and vegetable.

 

Italian Broiled Chicken

Breast of chicken broiled with olive oil, lemon juice, fresh garlic and basil. Served with broccoli and sliced tomatoes.

 

 

WEDNESDAY

 

Cajun Chicken Linguini

Breast of chicken seasoned with our own Cajun spice, grilled and tossed with a white sauce, linguini and fresh sautéed mushrooms.

 

Cashew Chicken

Tender strips of chicken, smothered with our own cashew sauce, cashews and green onions. Served with mixed rice.

 

Beef Stew

Generous portions of choice beef, vegetables and potatoes.

 

Fennel Crusted Tilapia

Chicken breast seasoned with Jamacian Jerk seasoning. Served over rice pilaf and avocado salsa.

A Louisiana favorite served over white rice and topped with parsley and chopped green onions.

 

Manicotti Spinaci

Cheese stuffed noodles baked on a bed of spinach and topped with our homemade alfredo sauce.

 

 

 

FRIDAY

 

Tilapia Dijon

Mild spring water fish baked with a Dijon sauce and Japanese breadcrumbs. Served with potato and vegetable.

 

London Broil

Marinated flank steak, charbroiled to your liking, served atop garlic toast and smothered with our bordelaise sauce. Served with a potato and vegetable.

 

Shrimp Teriyaki

Stir-fried with yellow squash, zucchini, onions and red peppers. Served over green rice.

 

Bacon Wrapped Pork Chop

Boneless center cut chop. Served with potato and vegetable.
